This page is maintained by the ResidentFlow app owner to answer common questions about how ResidentFlow is used, what it stores, and which official publications its Army readiness reference material points to. It is app-owned content, not an independent audit, accreditation, or certification of any kind.
What ResidentFlow is — and is not
ResidentFlow is a personal productivity and training-tracking tool for residents. It is not a medical device, not an electronic health record, not a system of record for any military or hospital process, and not a substitute for clinical judgment.
Calculators, scores, and analysis features (including the developmental RESI score and any AI-assisted output) are decision support for a licensed clinician only. Nothing in the app diagnoses, treats, or prescribes. Verify every value before acting on it.
Nothing in the app constitutes a medical profile, a fitness-for-duty determination, a waiver decision, or legal advice.
Army medical readiness references
The Tools section summarizes physical profiling and medical readiness concepts for quick recall during training. Summaries are paraphrased and may lag behind changes, rescissions, or Army Directives. The official publication always governs. Confirm the current version at the Army Publishing Directorate before relying on any point.

It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or an official publication of the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, the Defense Health Agency, or any military treatment facility. References to Army publications are provided for study and convenience only.
Use of the app must comply with your command's policies on personal devices, software, and information handling. It is not authorized for storing official records, and no information here should be treated as an official Army determination.
Patient information & privacy
Do not enter patient-identifying information — names, initials, medical record numbers, dates of birth, contact details, or anything else that could identify a patient. The app screens some text for identifiers as a guardrail, but keyword screening is not a compliance control and cannot guarantee removal. Use your approved clinical systems for anything patient-specific.
Account data — your profile, tasks, notes, procedures logged, schedule, and requirement progress — is stored in the app's managed cloud database and is restricted to your account by per-row access rules. Program leaders see only aggregate, program-level information, and only where you have joined a program.
Text you submit to AI-assisted features (dictation parsing, extraction, lecture drafting, score calculation) is sent to the app's AI provider for processing and returned to you. Do not paste protected health information into those fields.
You can delete your notes, tasks, and other entries at any time from within the app. To request deletion of your account and its data, contact the app owner.
Terms of use
ResidentFlow is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The app owner is not liable for any clinical, academic, administrative, or duty-related outcome arising from use of the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you enter and for verifying anything you rely on.
Keep your account credentials private, do not share access to another person's data, and do not use the app to store official records or classified information.
